Payments

We currently accept only VISA ,MasterCard and Apple Pay . When you pay with a debit card, the transaction is processed by our payment partner, Paytrail Plc, to ensure fast and secure payment.

Yes, we can accept all cards registered to Visa and Mastercard .

Yes, taxes are included on all products.

Shipping & Returns

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@muraayo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at hello@muraayo.com .You will receive a return confirmation via email as soon as we have received your return. It may take up to 14 days for a return to be received and processed.
If you returned items from different orders in the same package, then it may take a day or two longer before the returns are processed. You will receive a return confirmation email for each order.

Costs vary. It is your responsibility to choose the carrier and pay the resulting shipping fees.

We don’t have an exchange service, but of course you are welcome to send a return and to place a new order for the item(s) you want in exchange
