We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us using this form below. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at .

You will receive a return confirmation via email as soon as we have received your return. It may take up to 14 days for a return to be received and processed.

If you returned items from different orders in the same package, then it may take a day or two longer before the returns are processed. You will receive a return confirmation email for each order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that cannot be returned include underwear, swimwear and earrings. However, defective products can always be returned.

If we determine that a returned item is not defective, or has been damaged through incorrect use, we may charge a fee of EUR 15,00 to return the product to you, or scrap the item, free of charge. We promise to keep you updated as we process your return. Please do note that we never charge a fee on approved returns.

Costs vary. It is your responsibility to choose the carrier and pay the resulting shipping fees.
